The room is very spacious and it has a big window facing south, so it gets direct sunlight on a clear day.
It is furnitured with a bed, a desk, a chair and a couch. The wardrobe won't be available though.
The whole flat has hardwood floor.

Located at Holzmarktstraße 69, 10179, Berlin, the apartment provides great access to public transport with Jannowitzbrücke station just 3 minutes away, offering connections to Hauptbahnhof, Warschauer Straße, and the airport via U8 and S3, S5, S7, S9 and buses. It's 10 minutes walk from Alexanderplatz. There are several small parks nearby, and for convenient grocery shopping, both Netto and Edeka supermarkets are just a 1-minute walk from the flat.

You’re encouraged to use the common spaces like the living room and kitchen - feel free to treat it like your own!
I work remotely and the Wi-Fi is excellent!
Just a heads up, this is a smoke-free apartment.
As this is not an airbnb, it's a WG, people are expected to maintain the place clean by themselves.
Unfortunately, we have no pets.
