The rent will be 800€ until the end of septemper, after that it will be 1050€. The Room is available for different durations.

Hello everyone, I will be moving back to southern Germany from Berlin in the next few weeks. That's why my room is becoming available.
I have lived here for the last 4 months and really enjoyed it. The apartment is located in the backyard of a new building complex, which makes it pleasantly quiet and provides an ideal base for exploring Berlin. The subway station "Naturkundemuseum" is about a 2 minute walk away and stations like "Friedrichstraße" can be reached in only 8 minutes. There is also an EDEKA and a DM around the corner (3 minutes on foot).
Living in a shared flat here was very pleasant. My flatmate and I were mostly at work during the day and the building was quiet in the evenings. It wasn't a problem if we wanted to chat, but it wasn't a must either.
In August, Mohammed (m26) will move into the other room and become your new flatmate. He makes a super friendly impression and works as a software developer here in Berlin.
The room is bright thanks to the large windows (there is a shutter for at night) and you have your own balcony. In your room you will find a bed, a wardrobe, a shelf and a desk. Outside the room there are more cupboards if required. The living room and kitchen are very spacious, bright and modern. In the kitchen you have a rice stove, airfryer and oven in addition to the regular kitchen equipment. The apartment has two toilets, which is very practical, and the shower is shared. The complex has lockable bicycle rooms for each house and a concierge service where you can have your parcels sent.

Hallo zusammen, ich werde in den nächsten Wochen aus Berlin wieder nach Süddeutschland ziehen. Daher wird mein Zimmer frei.
Ich habe hier die letzten 4 Monate gelebt und fand die Zeit wirklich toll. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Hinterhof eines neuen Gebäudekomplexes, wodurch es angenehm ruhig ist und bietet eine optimale Basis für Erkundungen nach Berlin. Die U-Bahn Station "Naturkundemuseum" ist ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und Stationen wie "Friedrichstraße" erreicht man in nur 8 Minuten. Um die Ecke (3 Minuten zu Fuß) befinden sich auch ein EDEKA und ein DM.
Das WG-Leben hier war sehr angenehm. Tagsüber waren mein Mitbewohner und ich meist Arbeiten und auch Abends ist es im Gebäude ruhig. Wenn man mal quatschen wollte war das kein Problem, aber auch kein Muss.
Im August wird Mohammed (m26) in das andere Zimmer einziehen und dein neuer Mitbewohner werden. Er macht einen super freundlichen Eindruck und arbeitet als Softwareentwickler hier in Berlin.
Das Zimmer ist dank der großen Fenster hell (Es gibt einen Rollladen für nachts) und ihr habt einen eigenen Balkon. In eurem Zimmer findet ihr ein Bett, einen Schrank, ein Regal, sowie einen Schreibtisch. Außerhalb des Zimmers gibt es bei Bedarf auch noch mehr Schränke. Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche sind sehr geräumig, hell und modern. In der Küche habt ihr zusätzlich zur regulären Küchenausstattung einen Reiskocher, Airfryer und Ofen. Die Wohnung besitzt zwei Toiletten, was sehr praktisch ist und die Dusche wird geteilt.
Das Anlage hat für jedes Haus, abschließbare Fahrradräume und einen Concierge-Service, wohin man seine Pakete schicken lassen kann.
Es kann sein, dass ihr auf WG-Gesucht diese Anzeige noch einmal findet, wundert euch nicht, wir haben die zweimal online.
