The master bedroom of this spacious sunny flat comes complete with a private bathroom, and is fully furnished with a reading chair, couch, comfy bed and amazing views of the iconic TV tower. Southern facing windows on this top floor flat provide plenty of natural light to remain sane during the depths of Berlin winter.
The flat itself is a spacious 189m2, complete with two living rooms, two balconies, a DJ booth, washer/dryer, plenty of room for activities and oh so much light. We have a gas grill for balcony cookouts :)
Conveniently located in the center of town, this flat has easy access all of Berlin by bike and to nearby public transit: the U2 (2 minute walk to Rosa Luxemburg Platz), U8 (4 minute walk to Weinmeisterstrasse), M8 (6 minutes walk), S-Bahn and Regio trains (6 minutes to Alexeanderplatz).
The neighborhood has amazing restaurants, delicious third wave coffee shops, cute independent shops, cultural amenities (the Babylon Cinema and Volksbühne are a half block away) and cool bars.
The two roommates are:
Annie, a 28 year old whiskey saleswoman from Ireland, is heaps o' fun and a very solid flatmate. She has spent the last four years studying and working in Germany and loves filling the flat with disco tunes, varied vinyl finds and cackling laughter of her goofy friends. During the week, she goes into the office during the day, and finds a sweet workout class for the evening.
Cosima, a 28 year old dentist from Swabia, brings a sunny disposition and positive energy to the flat each day. She loves reading on a sunny spot on the balcony, whipping up delicious feasts with her latest farmer's market finds and sweating it all out at a sports class.
Our WG is based on openness, trust, communication and fun. It is often a community space for group dinners, grill nights, sandwich fridays and the occasional party.
We are looking for a young professional who can treat the flat with respect and contribute to energy to our community. So tell us a bit about yourself:
What is the shape of your Berlin life? What are your routines? What kind of music do you listen to? What do you do for fun? What draws you to this flat?
