Das Zimmer ist circa 20 qm groß. Die Einrichtung besteht aus einem Bett (140 x 200 cm), einem weiteren Bett (90 x 200 cm), das ich meist als Couch nutze, einem großen höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch mit Drucker und Stuhl, einer Kommode, einem Kleiderständer sowie einem Fernseher.
The room is around 20 square meters in size. The furnishings consist of a bed (140 x 200 cm), another bed (90 x 200 cm), which I usually use as a couch, a large height-adjustable desk with a printer and chair, a chest of drawers, a clothes rack and a television.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Nähe des Alexanderplatz'. S-Bahn- und U-Bahn-Haltestelle Jannowitzbrücke liegen unmittelbar vor der Haustür und sind in weniger als einer Minute fußläufig erreichbar.
Edeka und Netto sind ebenfalls ein bis zwei Minuten Fußweg entfernt.
Außerdem gibt es mit dem Alexanderplatz und dem Einkaufszentrum Alexa ein großes Angebot an diversen Läden in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die Stadtteile Kreuzberg, Prenzlauer Berg und Friedrichshain sowie der Hauptbahnhof sind alle mit ÖPNV fünf bis zehn Minuten entfernt.
The apartment is very centrally located near Alexanderplatz. The Jannowitzbrücke S-Bahn and U-Bahn stops are right outside the front door and can be reached on foot in less than a minute.
Edeka and Netto are also one to two minutes' walk away.
There is also a wide range of various shops in the immediate vicinity, such as Alexanderplatz and the Alexa shopping center.
The districts of Kreuzberg, Prenzlauer Berg and Friedrichshain as well as the main train station are all five to ten minutes away by public transport.
In der 4er-WG leben drei weitere Mitbewohner.
Wassili aus Frankreich, Frederico aus Portugal und Yavuz aus der Türkei. Alle sprechen gut Englisch und Deutsch wird teilweise gesprochen.
Alle gehen Ihren täglichen Verpflichtungen nach und sind zum Teil selten zu Hause. Das Miteinander ist freundlich und entspannt. Wir teilen eine Küche und ein Bad und halten beides gemeinsam möglichst sauber. Gelegentlich unterhalten wir uns in der Küche oder beim Essen. Gemeinsame Aktivitäten sind grundsätzlich möglich, aber kein Muss.
Three other roommates live in the 4-person shared apartment.
Wassili from France, Frederico from Portugal and Yavuz from Turkey. Everyone speaks good English and German is partly spoken.
Everyone goes about their daily obligations and is sometimes rarely at home. The interaction is friendly and relaxed. We share a kitchen and a bathroom and keep both as clean as possible. Occasionally we talk in the kitchen or while eating. Joint activities are generally possible, but not mandatory.
Das Zimmer steht für zwei Wochen zur Verfügung und eignet sich ideal für jemanden, der kurzfristig in Berlin ein Zimmer für einen kurzen Zeitraum sucht.
Die Schlüssel werden durch einen Mitbewohner ausgehändigt.
