Hi! ich vermiete eins von zwei Zimmern in einer ca. 50m2 großen 2-Raumwohnung. Das Zimmer ist im vierten Stock, hat viel Licht und liegt zum Innenhof, im Sommer ist es grün und ruhig und man ist trotzdem mitten in der Stadt! Die Wohnung ist eher klein und man lebt nah beieinander, deswegen ist es mir wichtig, dass es zwischenmenschlich richtig gut passt. Wir haben die Wohnung vor 3 Jahren komplett renoviert, die Wände neu verspachtelt und den Boden neu verlegt. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, sonst ist aber alles da, was man braucht (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Badewanne etc.).

Hi! I am renting out one of two rooms in a 50m2 2-room flat. The room is on the fourth floor, has lots of light and faces the inner courtyard. In summer it's nice and green and quiet, but still in the centre of the city! The flat is rather small and you live close to each other, so it's important to me that there's a really good interpersonal fit. We completely renovated the flat 3 years ago, refilled the walls and laid new flooring. The room is unfurnished, but otherwise everything you need is there (dishwasher, washing machine, bathtub, etc.).

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, direkt an der Grenze von Kreuzberg und Mitte, es ist trotzdem grün und relativ ruhig. Zu Fuß sind es nur etwa 10 min zur Jannowitzbrücke und zum Kotti und das Engelbecken ist nur ein paar Meter entfernt.
Eine Buslinie, die U8 oder die S-Bahn ab Jannowitzbrücke/Ostbahnhof sind alle schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen.

The flat is super central, right on the border of Kreuzberg and Mitte, but it is still green and relatively quiet. It is only a 10-minute walk to Jannowitzbrücke and Kotti and the Engelbecken is only a few metres away.
A bus line, the U8 underground line or the S-Bahn from Jannowitzbrücke/Ostbahnhof are all within easy walking distance.
Kurz zu mir: ich bin 23, komme aus Berlin, starte gerade mit meinem Master in Klinischer Psychologie und einem Design-Kurs in Potsdam und arbeite nebenbei als Grafikerin. In der restlichen Zeit bin ich gerne überall unterwegs wo es Kunst und Kultur gibt oder bin im Sommer öfter mal spontan an der Ostsee, wenn Wind ist, um kiten zu gehen. An Wochenenden gehe ich ab und zu mal tanzen, mags aber auch entspannt zu Hause oder draußen mit Freunden und einem Kaffee :)
Ich suche vorzugsweise eine Frau und ein Zusammenleben mit einem persönlichen Verhältnis - keine Zweck-Wg oder ein Aneinandervorbei-Leben - mit trotzdem viel Raum für sich, hauptsache offene Kommunikation, den Rest kann man besprechen!

Briefly about me: I'm 23, from Berlin, I'm just starting my Master's degree in clinical psychology, a design-course in Potsdam and I work part-time as a graphic designer. The rest of the time, I like going wherever there's art and culture, or spontaneously going kitesurfing on the Baltic Sea in summer when there's wind. On weekends I go dancing from time to time, but I also like to relax at home or outside with friends and a coffee :)
