Wir bieten ein Zimmer in einer voll möblierten Wohnung in Berlin Mitte in Laufnähe zum Hauptbahnhof. Das Zimmer ist mit einem Bett, einem Schreibtisch, einem Kleiderschrank und einer Kommode ausgestattet. Das Zimmer hat einen eigenen Balkon.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock, und es gibt einen Aufzug. Zu den Gemeinschaftsräumen gehören die Küche, das Wohnzimmer (mit Balkon) und 2 Bäder. Das Wohnzimmer hat ein Sofa und einen Fernseher. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet - Kühlschrank, Herd und Backofen, Geschirrspüler. Die Wohnung verfügt auch über eine Waschmaschine.
In der Miete sind Heizung, Strom und Glasfaser-Internet enthalten.
Direkt vor dem Wohnhaus gibt es einen Rewe, Aldi, DM und einen internationalen Lebensmittelmarkt. Der Einkauf von Lebensmitteln ist wirklich bequem. Auf dem Platz gibt es auch eine Reihe von Restaurants und Cafés. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist hervorragend. Am einfachsten ist es, zum Hauptbahnhof zu laufen (10 Minuten entfernt), von wo aus man Straßenbahnen, Ubahn U5, Sbahn, REs nehmen kann.

The apartment is on the 4th floor, and there is an elevator. The common space includes the kitchen, living room (which comes with a balcony), 2 bathrooms. The kitchen comes fully equipped - refrigerator, stove and oven, dishwasher. The apartment also comes with a washer. There is also underground bike parking and garbage disposal (no need to leave the apartment).
The rent includes heating, electricity and high speed internet and all amenities.
There's a Rewe, Aldi, DM and an international food market right in front of the apartment building. Buying groceries is really convenient. The square also hosts a bunch of restaurants and cafes. Access to public transport is great. The easiest way to get anywhere is to walk to the Hauptbahnhof (10 minutes away) from where one can get trams, Ubahn U5, Sbahn, REs.
