Hello  I am leaving Berlin and looking for a new tenant form 01.11.2024.  The room is in a very beautiful flat which was renovated last year, it will be rented out without the furniture you can see on the pictures.

The flat is very conveniently located  1 min to U2 Rosa Luxemburg  5 min to U8 Weinmeisterstraße

eople currently living in the flat:  Luca, 26, big Harry Potter fan, likes walks in parks, sunsets, going out, foreign languages and a lot more.  At the moment he's busy with his masters Thesis.  There is also Toni, 26 years old, working for a start up, likes to go out and be surrounded by nature.  Annika, she just moved in and wants to start her PhD in October.

In the flat we have the perfect balance between living our own lives and sharing moments together.  We can be both party people as well as lazy sloths.  I am looking for a clean and calm person!
