Die Wohnung ist frisch saniert und verfügt neben den beiden WG-Zimmern einen großzügigen Wohnessbereicht mit Balkon ins Grüne, ein Bad mit großer Dusche sowie ein breiter Flur mit Möglichkeiten zum Stauraum. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet. Sollte das Zusammenleben gut passen ist das Mietverhältnis ist unbefristet und Anmeldung beim Bürgeramt ist kein Problem.

Ich heiße Estelle, bin 29 jahre und in meiner Wohnung ist spontan ein Zimmer frei.
Ich wohne in einer 70qm Wohnung in Berlin Mitte (nahe Rosenthaler Platz) und da ich mich vor kurzem von meinem Freund getrennt habe möchte ich aus der Wohnung eine WG machen.

Ich arbeite vollzeit als Ärztin und bin da zeitlich auch viel eingebunden.
In meiner Freizeit mache Sport, treffe Freund, gehe auf festivals und gerne in Bars/ feiern und mag es generell Dinge zu unternehmen. Ich würde mich über ein: e Mitbewohner: in freuen mit der/ dem man gerne mal zusammen quatscht, kocht oder auch mal ein Wein/ Bier trinkt.

Ich habe mein gesamtes Studium in WGs gewohnt und würde mich über eine gesellige WG freuen :)
