Hello everyone,
I (Stefan, 35 years, from Vienna) am looking for a subtenant for my large room for 1 month from 16.12 to 16.1. It is furnished with a very large wardrobe, double bed, desk, plants, mirror etc. The room looks smaller on the pictures.. The windows are very large, for good ventilation and lots of light.

Ich (Stefan, 35 Jahre, aus Wien) suche eine Untermieter:in für mein großes Zimmer für 1Monat von 16.12 bis 16.1. Eingerichtet is es mit sehr großem Schrank, Doppelbett, Schreibtisch, Pflanzen, Spiegel usw. Das Zimmer ist größer als es auf den Fotos scheint.. Die Fenster sind sehr groß, für eine gute Durchlüftung und viel Licht.

The location is great. Public transport (U8, U6, Ringbahn) is all 3-10 minutes away. Just like buses and trams.  Restaurants, cafes, parks and bars are around the corner. Rosenthalerplatz is a stone's throw away. ( 5 mins )  Mitte is a very safe neighbourhood, and also clean.

Die Lage ist echt super. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ( U8, U6, Ringbahn ) sind alle 3-10 Minuten entfernt. Genauso wie Busse und Trams.  Restaurants, Cafes, Parks und Bars gibts es um die Ecke. Rosenthalerplatz ist ein Katzensprung entfernt. ( 5 mins )  Mitte ist eine sehr sichere Gegend, und auch sauber.   

The atmosphere in the flat share is harmonious. There is a lot of respect and good vibes. In the evenings we often sit together and chat.  We place a lot of value on cleanliness and volume!

Die Atmosphere in der WG ist harmonisch. Es gibt viel Respekt und good vibes. Abends sitzen wir oft zusammen und plaudern.  Wir legen wir sehr viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und Lautstärke!
