Hey,
das zu bewohnende Zimmer ist zwar recht klein aber gemütlich und es gibt ein schönes und großes Wohnzimmer mit Balkon in einen grünen Hof plus eine gemütliche Küche.
Die WG ist recht entspannt, jede(r) hat seinen Alltag und findet Ruhe in der WG aber es gibt auch Raum & Zeit für gemeinsame Zeit... kochen, im Wohnzimmer Serien gucken od auf dem Balkon entspannen..
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert & alles ist selbstverständlich nutzbar. Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist nicht möbliert!
Da das Zimmer nur für ein paar Monate zur Verfügung steht ist eine behördliche Meldung nicht möglich.
