I’m renting out a 22 sqm room with a southwest-facing balcony in a bright, spacious old building apartment (ceiling height 3.60 m) featuring typical Berlin stucco and parquet flooring. The apartment is located in an incredibly central area – about a 15-minute walk to Hackesche Höfe, Museum Island, and Alexanderplatz. The Rosenthaler Platz U-Bahn station (U8) is just around the corner.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer super zentralen Lage – ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu den Hackeschen Höfen, der Museumsinsel und dem Alexanderplatz. Der U-Bahnhof Rosenthaler Platz (U8) ist direkt um die Ecke.

Zur Ausstattung gehören:
