The room is big and bright and is approx 20m2. I am leaving most of the furniture behind and will be asking the next housemate to buy it from me.

The apartment is extremely central and is located beside Rosa Luxemburg Platz U-Bahn station and a 10 minutes walk or 1 U-Bahn stop away from Alexanderplatz.
There are multiple supermarkets within 5 minutes walking and a wide range of bars/cafés/bakeries. Rosenthalerplatz is less than a 10 minute walk away.

You will be sharing with 2 Irish girls and 1 Greek girl who are working and studying. The common language spoken at home is English. Everyone is friendly and respectful and gets on well with eachother. We like to spend time together and go for coffee, dinner or drinks, but we also value our own space and privacy.

The landlord requires someone who has the following documents: Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigungen (rental debt free certificate from previous landlord) and Einkommensnachweise (proof of income certificate from employer) or the equivalent from your country if you’re not from Germany. Please only apply if you have these documents (or equivalent) already, because the move-in date is March 1st.
