We are kitty-cornered from Zionskirchplatz, between Rosenthaler Platz and Schönhauser Allee, close to Kulturbrauerei, Alexanderplatz, and Hackescher Markt, as well as other hot spots. Streetcars M1 and M12 stop just three steps away from the front door, and it's only a five-minute walk to get to subways U2 and U8.
The flat provides a brand new kitchen, complete with dishwasher, a bathroom with corner tub, as well as an additional half bath. Also included is sharing of a washer dryer and access to VDSL wireless LAN.
The total rent of €650 EUR/month covers all costs, including heating, electricity, hot water, and all other utilities outside of that. One month deposit: €650 EUR—no further bailment required, no hidden fees, no subsequent payments. Free of commission.
