We have a room available in our cozy 3-bedroom apartment, complete with 2 bathrooms, 2 fridges, and a large balcony.
The room is 14 square meters in size, and please note that it may appear slightly smaller in the pictures compared to its actual size. The apartment is conveniently located in Mitte, just next to the Schwartzkopffstraße metro station (U6). The room comes fully furnished, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The apartment is newly built, and we take pride in keeping it neat and tidy. We appreciate a clean living environment and expect our future roommate to share the same sentiment.
We welcome all kinds of people to join our home! If you happen to love sports like beach volleyball or cycling, or have an interest in Public Health, Politics, or startups, that's a bonus!

Until now, we have been living here as a group of three. Now, Tom is leaving as he has decided to end his studies early and move back to his hometown. That means a room is becoming available, and we are looking for a new flatmate to join us!

🏡 Erik, a student in Berlin originally from Cottbus. He studies international relations, is politically engaged, and sometimes spends time in Cottbus during the week. He’s also quite sporty and enjoys playing beach volleyball.

We value a good mix of personal space and friendly interaction—no pressure, but it’s always nice to have some good conversations and occasional activities together.
