Ich vermiete ein kleines Zimmer (circa 10qm) in Berlin-Mitte ab sofort. Erstmal für 6 Monate.Das Zimmer ist evtl auch länger zu haben, wenn wir uns verstehen und das WG Leben entspannt und angenehm ist.😉 Sauberkeit ist sehr wichtig.
Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert (kleines Bett und einen Schrank) Ein Bad mit Wadewanne und Waschmaschine werden gemeinsam benutzt.
In der Monatsmiete (500,) sind die Nebenkosten für Strom und Internet ebenfalls enthalten.
Wichtig: ich wohne in der Wohnung mit zwei trainierten Hunden. Sie sind brav, sauber und bellen nicht in der Wohnung. Die Hunden laufen nicht in der Wohnung frei. Sie sind in immer in meinem Zimmer.
Ich suche einen sympathischen, sauberen und berufstätigen. Es ist keine Party WG. Nach 23Uhr gibt's in dem ganzen Haus Ruhe. Alle Nachbar sind berufstätig und ruhig.

The room is partially furnished (Lamp, small bed and a closet) and the apartment has all necessary stuff and furnitures. You might need a bigger bed. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. A washing machine and internet are also available

I live with two professional trained dogs. They are not noisy. They are also clean animals and would only be with me in my main room. You will never have to deal with them. My current female roommate has never been in contact with my dogs.

This neighborhood is very quiet.
No Partys in the apartment. My neighbours work and go early to bed. It is important to live in harmony with the neighborhood

In dem Haus wohnen fast nur Familien. Nach 23Uhr herrscht Stille, auch am Wochenende.

The apartment is in a quiet area. After 11pm there is absolut silence in the building. The next U-Bahn station is the U6 (natural history museum), the main train station can be reached in 10 minutes.
