Hey guys,

I’m looking for a tenant to sublet the spare room in my apartment in Mitte/ P Berg from 01/12 as my current roommate is moving out.

Rent is 575 pm all bills included. Anmeldung should be ok also.

While the room is on the small side it does come furnished with a loft bed giving you a bit more space for living in, as well as a desk and kallax unit, so ideal if you are currently also wfh.

We also have a spacious lounge area, large tv, and 250mbps internet.

The apartment is located on Kastanienalle a few minutes walk from Rosenthalerplatz U Bahn in a really great location, there is edeka, lidl as well as spatis fast food places all very close by.

I"m a 35-year-old English software engineer currently working full-time from home.

Ideally, you will have a full-time income and work some sort of a 9-5 pattern similar to mine.

Attached is some photos of the room and the shared living area.  If you are interested please send me a pm with a little bit of info about yourself, what you do, what you like to get up to etc - and also any questions you have about the apartment and I will be in touch to arrange a viewing of the room.
