Ich bin ab August in Peru für mein Auslandssemester, deshalb vermiete ich in der Zeit (Wintersemester 24/25) mein WG Zimmer komplett möbiliert unter.
Mein Zimmer (ca. 17qm) ist am Ende der Wohnung, deshalb hat man seine Ruhe, wenn man will. Es geht zum Hinterhof raus. Wie gesagt, meine Möbel vermiete ich mit. Im Zimmer ist mein Bett, Schrank, Kommode, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl & ein ausklappbares Schlafsofa. Das Wohnzimmer & die Küche sind groß und super schön. Das Bad ist dafür eher klein, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell dran. Ansonsten ist es eine richtig klassische Berliner Altbauwohnung mit hohen Decken und mehreren Abstellkammern. Einen Balkon gibt‘s auch, der ist am Zimmer von meinem einen Mitbewohner.
Die 4-Zimmer Wohnung ist in Moabit, 5 min von der Spree entfernt. Tolle Location, man kommt überall ziemlich schnell hin. Die Station Turmstraße ist ca. 10 min zu Fuß entfernt & es gibt auch direkt vor der Tür einen Bus.
Meine beiden Mitbewohner arbeiten beide in Vollzeit, hauptsächlich von Zuhause. Beide sehr nett ;) Sauberkeit & offene Kommunikation sind natürlich wichtig.
