Die Rostocker Straße ist ein kleines Wunder in Moabit.
Sie ist ruhig und dank der vielen Bäume besonders im Sommer sehr angenehm. Du bist aber auch innerhalb von 5 Minuten an der Ringbahn (Bahnhof Beusselstraße) oder im Bus (Haltestelle Turmstraße oder Huttenstraße) der dich zum Hauptbahnhof bringt.
Außerdem findest du in der Turmstraße alle erdenklichen Geschäfte, Shops und Restaurants. Vom allgegenwärtigen Döner, über hippe Cafes bis hin zum Einkaufszentrum im Schultheißquartier.
Moabit lädt mit seinen vielen kleinen Straßen zu Erkundungstouren ein und die unzähligen Parks laden im Sommer zum Entspannen ein.
Auch das Nachtleben kommt, dank Bars, uhrigen Eckkneipen und versteckten Clubs nicht zu kurz.
You could call your new flat in Rostocker Straße a small miracle. It is a very quiet neighborhood, right next to the very busy Beussel- and Turmstraße.
In Summer the many Trees make the summer heat more relaxing. You can reach the S-Bahn (Beusselstraße) in 5 minutes or catch the Bus at Turmstraße to quickly go towards Berlin central station.
In the Turmstraße you can find many shops, coffee shops and restaurants. We even have a shopping mal in the Schultheiß Quartier.
With it’s many little streets Moabit invites the urban explorer and many lush parks beacon you to relax for a while.
Many bars and pubs make the night come alive and there is also a hidden club at the Spree canal.
Ob du nun kurz oder auch länger mit mir zusammen wohnen möchtest sollten wir uns einigermaßen verstehen und gemeinsam darauf achten, die Wohnung nicht im Chaos versinken zu lassen :D
Es reicht, wenn wir uns freundlich grüßen und ansonsten jeder/jede das eigene Zimmer vorzieht.
Ich bin aber auch voll dabei, wenn wir was zusammen unternehmen wollen, gemeinsam kochen oder zusammen Serien schauen.
Wie offen du da bist ist vollkommen dir überlassen. Ich bin für fast alles zu begeistern :)
Even if we will just spend a short time living together it is important that we like each other, on a basic level and keep the flat at a reasonable level of cleanliness :D
It is ok if we just greet each other and otherwise keep to our rooms.
But I am also open if you like to cook together, share activities or enjoy a show together.
You decide what you are comfortable with :)
