The large room is equipped with a bed, a sofa, a large table with chairs. It also has a TV which you would have access to. The room is well lit with two windows.
The room is facing the inner side of the building, so even though the building is on the main street, the room is very quiet and peaceful.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including a dishwasher.

The flat is very centrally located which is at a 1 min walk from U9 Amrumer Straße. It is also 10 mins walk from the Ring bahn, westhafen. There are also bus stops right out side the building with buses commuting directly to the central station.
It has a lot of cafes and resteraunts nearby. There are multiple grocery stores in the vicinity for your everyday needs.

Jan and I are currently residing in the other two rooms of the flat. It is a friendly environment in the house. We have a good chat usually whenever we meet in the kitchen.
I work as a software engineer and on the weekends i like to meet my friends. I love to cook and experiment with different food recipes. On the weekdays if i am not too tired after work, I like to work out, but its been hard to be honest.
Jan works as a consultant. He also likes to cook and try out new cuisines. We like things to be in order and to maintain a basic level of cleanliness in the flat. Of course we are not super strict about that, but we are definitely mindful about leaving the common spaces clean and hygenic. That is important to us.
