I rent out my small but cosy room while travelling South America.
Preferably, I am looking for a working, calm and very (!) clean person, as the standard of tidyness in my flat is high.
You have everything in the flat that you need.
If you need to do some work, there is a workplace in the living room with a second screen.
You will have space for some stuff, but it is not recommended and wanted to bring a lot of stuff (2 big suitcases is the limit plus some further stuff; if it is a bit more we will find a solution).

The flat is located in Beusselstrasse in Moabit, close to the S-Bahn S41/42 (Ringbahn).
You have some restaurants close by as well as Spätis.
Especially for summer: a beautiful lake (Plötzensee) is really close. As well as the Spree, Parks etc.
The streets nearby are beautiful and calm.
Further the club “Heideglühen” is really close.
There is further public transport around.
I highly recommend to use a bike.
You’ll share the flat with Luca, a law student at Humboldt University.
He is very nice, funny, travelled a lot and has a lot to tell. But he also enjoys his privacy, depending on the vibe :)
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: dishwasher, washing machine, stuff for cooking etc.
About the exact days, i might be a bit flexible, just text me and we will see :)
Deposit is 250€, payable upfront (after visiting/facetime) as a reservation fee.
You get a contract of course, so that we can both be fine. After my return you get the 250€ back if everything was fine :)
