Das Zimmer wurde frisch renoviert und ein neues Hochbett eingebaut, das jedoch noch nicht vollständig abgeschlossen ist. Sollte die zukünftige Person es nutzen wollen, wird es entsprechend fertiggestellt. Alternativ wird ein Bett zur Verfügung gestellt. Auf Wunsch kann dem Zimmer eine zusätzliche Sitzgelegenheit hinzugefügt werden. Ansonsten ist das Zimmer mit einem Kleiderschrank, einem Schreibtisch und einem Stuhl ausgestattet.

WLAN und eine Waschmaschine ist in der Wohnung nicht vorhanden. Die Miete ist befristet und zunächst ohne Verlängerungsoption. Wir bitten um eine kurze Vorstellung, in der auch angegeben wird, wie das Lebenseinkommen bestritten wird und wie hoch es ausfällt. Eine behördliche Anmeldung ist nicht möglich. Bei Anfrage bitte auch deine Telefonnummer hinterlegen.

Falls eine zweite Person im Zimmer wohnen möchte, erhöht sich die monatliche Miete. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

The room has been freshly renovated, and a new loft bed has been installed, though it is not yet fully completed. If the future tenant wishes to use it, it will be finished accordingly. Alternatively, a standard bed will be provided. Upon request, an additional seating option can be added to the room. Otherwise, the room is furnished with a wardrobe, a desk, and a chair.

There is no Wi-Fi or washing machine available in the apartment. The rental period is limited and initially without the option of extension. We kindly ask for a brief introduction, including details on how your living expenses are covered and the amount of your income. Registration with the authorities is not possible. Please leave your telephone number with your request.

If a second person wishes to live in the room, the monthly rent will increase. Pets are not allowed.

Uns ist ein gutes und harmonisches Zusammenleben sehr wichtig. Eine weitere Person wird mit dir zusammen in der Wohnung leben, daher legen wir großen Wert auf gegenseitigen Respekt und eine offene Kommunikation.
