Das Zimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss zum Innenhof. Es ist ruhig und sehr groß. Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank und Fernseher mit Kabel Fernsehen sind im Zimmer vorhanden. Sowie diverse Kleinigkeiten.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, so dass man gut kochen kann.
In der Nähe befinden sich die ÖPNV Stationen: - U Birkenstraße
- Tram M10 Turmstraße
- S Beusselstr
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind Fußläufig etwa 10 min entfernt. Diverse Getränke Shops, Spätis, Cafés sind in der Umgebung.
Auch grün Anlagen befinden sich in der Nähe.
Deine Mitbewohnerin ist Chilenin, sie ist eine nette und freundliche Person. Mit ihr kann man sich gerne mal in der Küche unterhalten. Ihre Muttersprache ist Spanisch und spricht auch englisch.
Wichtig ist die Einhaltung des Putzplans und der gegenseitige Respekt in der Wohnung. Sonwie ein sorgfältiger Umgang mit der Einrichtung.
Eine Anmeldung ist nicht möglich.
Mitte November wird sich herausstellen, ob ich für den Monat Dezember die Untermiete verlängern kann.
