Big cozy room with tons of light and big balcony. Completely furnished: Loft bed, closet, desk, sofá, lounge chair, etc.
Many plants so the person who lives her has love plants and take care of them. Please bring your own bedding, I have some covers and blankets left by the previous renter though.
Unfortunately, no Anmeldung possible.
Ubahn and Ringbahn 5 minutes by foot. Bus and tram 10 mins. Really good connections.
Edeka, Kaufland, Penny, Lidl witihn walking distance (5-10mins)
Quiet area with cafés and bars near by though.
The current flatmate is very clean, helpful and chill. Not many party happen in the building, lots of working people and not many young people, but friends are more than welcome.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Common spaces are to be cleaned in turns. The flat has a washing machine, dishwasher, stove, microwave, everything for the kitchen, bathtub, etc.
I am vegan (but Im leaving for 6 months) and my current flatmate is vegetarian, so no meat in the flat, at all. Would prefer someone who loves plants and will take care of them.
