- Warmmiete mit Strom und Internet: 750€

I'm moving away from Berlin and my room will be available from December (possibly a few days earlier). The apartment is limited until the end of March, unless the landlord extends it, then you are welcome to take over.

- U Turmstraße, very well connected to the M10 (which goes to the main station), U9, buses (245, M27, 123, 106)
- Lots of shopping opportunities (Rewe, Edeka, Kaufland, Bio Company, Alnatura, Penny, dm,...)
- Rent including electricity and internet: €750
- Deposit: €1000
- Furniture discount: €60 for the bed, €50 for the mattress and €150 for the white cupboard (€260 in total), everything can be negotiated :)
