Hey there!
We’ve got a cozy room available for short-term rent in our flat from April to the end of September! The flat’s almost done with renovations—just needs a little extra love to make it perfect.
The room is bright, comfy, and located on a peaceful street. You’ll be just a 10-minute walk to Türmsstraße U-Bahn and only 3 tram stops to Hauptbahnhof. Perfect location, right?
We’re both working in creative fields, and one of us works from home. We’re looking for a chill, respectful, and tidy person to share the space with. We are No parties. Unfortunately no pets WG. But feel free to invite friends over for a cozy dinner or brunch anytime! Just to clarify, we’re renting to one person only.
Also, just so we’re clear—I’m pro-Palestinian and there’s absolutely no room in our flat for hate. We’re not here for fascism, homophobia, racism, transphobia, or any other form of discrimination.
