Location

Fully furnished room for 3 weeks (I'm travelling during that time). It's a large room (22m²) and we have a large living room kitchen. My room mate is Australian, speaks very well German and is a very nice person.
You can have the room also for less days or for a few more days, if that suits you.
We have a dish washer, washing mashine, big fridge (with ice department), bathtub / shower. In my room you will find a piano and guitars that you can play.
Smoking is not possible (maybe on the kitchen window). You can have friends over but no party. No animals possible.
You can store your bike.
We have W-LAN, working from home possible.

The appartment is located on the 4th floor so you can watch the sunset from the kitchen window. You have a Bus in 2 min, U-Bahn Birkenstr. (U9) in 5 minutes and S-Bahn Westend (S41 S42) in 10 Minutes walking distance. The Moabit Kiez in very chilled and authentic, you also have nice bars / cafes around (Zaffke, Tirree, Kallasch&). You reach a supermarket (Edeka) in 1 min walking.
