Welcome to all friendly apartment hoppers!
Mein Mitbewohner ist für 3 Wochen verreist (vllt sogar länger) und wir suchen dadurch jmnd Interessierten für sein Zimmer. Es ist das groß, Grundlegend möbliert (weniger als auf dem Foto, da er vieles in den Keller geräumt hat) und hat Südausrichtung. Rauchen ist im Zimmer nicht gestattet. Die Fenster sind hoch genug das niemand reingucken kann :)
My flatmate is traveling for 3 month (maybe even longer). So we're looking for a subrenter!
Der Kiez ist überragend und für mich einer der schönsten in Berlin (ich weiß, das schreiben sie alle ;). Die Wohnung ist etwa gleich weit entfernt von der U9 Birkenstr und U Turmstr. Zu der S Beusselstraße läuft man ebenso in unter 10 min. Zudem gibt esw U Turmstr zahlreiche Busverbindungen u.a. den TXL.
Wir machen hin und wieder Dinge zusammen, vor allem kochen und in der charmanten Küche trinken, aber dennoch hat jeder das Recht auf seinen Raum und seine Ruhe. Derzeit wird meistens english geredet und deutsch geübt :).
In der Küche darf geraucht werden, es darf bei Essen aber auch verboten werden.

Interested in living with 2 other people in an relaxed, open minded athmosphere in Moabit? The surrounding is very nice and everybody gets the space and time they want in this flat. Main language spoken here is english and sometimes german or greece. Write me if your a good, humorous person and the dates fit with you!
