Hey! I am looking for someone to take over my room with homefully from around 01.06., move in can be around these Days. You will be signing a contract with homefully directly.
You'll find Fotos and Information about the Flat here: https://homeful.ly/berlin/benny/1
The Room is pretty nice, the window goes out to the yard so its quiet. A big closet is provided, as well as a Queensitze Bed, Desk, TV and additional furniture.
The Flat is huge and modern. You'll have a big, well equipped Kitchen with a seating area and a really big balcony. There is a big bathroom with an absolutely massive bathtub AND a separate Shower, as well as a guest toilet. The whole Flat has underfloor heating, a washer dryer, fast internet and fortnightly cleaning service are included in the rent as well.
I lived here for 6 month and been pretty satisfied overall. It's not cheap, but you get decent service and the convenience of an all included living situation.
Location is perfect; Lehrterstr. is a beautiful street with plenty of shops, big netto, Spätis, Bars so on. Berlin Hauptbahnhof is around 15 minutes walk away. The M27 leaves down the road and connects to the Ring in 10 Minutes or brings you to Turmstr. within a few stops. The Spree is a short stroll away, Poststadium, a Park and Viabali Spa are 5 Minutes in the other Direction.
You will be living with three guys from Argentina, Brazil and Germany. Everyone is working (mostly from Home) so we're being respectful of everyones time and make sure the place is kept clean.
Generally everyone is welcome, but Homefully is targeting "young professionals" so you'll need to provide a Work or Internship contract.
Minimum Rental Duration is 4 Month and you have to give a 3 Month Notice, as well as a Deposit of 3 Rents.
Send me a message if you have any further questions. We can do a online viewing if you want to.
