Wunderschönes, teilmöbliertes Zimmer mit Blick auf einen kleinen See, zuerst befristet, bei gegenseitigem Gefallen gerne länger zu vermieten.
Bett und Schrank sind vorhanden, auch wenn auf dem ersten Foto nicht sichtbar.
Wonderful, semi-furnished room with view to a small lake. The bed is not visible on the first picture but there is a in build wardrobe as well, so ready to move in.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2.OG/ Vorderhaus, ist also sehr hell, und hat ca. 85qm mit wunderschönen hohen Decken und Dielenboden. Die Lage ist sehr verkehrsgünstig und dennoch ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Haltestellen (Tram/ Bus) sind fussläufig zu erreichen.
Der Weissensee zur Naherholung, zum Joggen und Schwimmen im Sommer ist nur 5min entfernt.
The flat is on the 2nd floor and 85qm big with lovely high ceilings and wooden flooring In terms of transport you have several options, Alexanderplatz is reached in 20min by tram and the Kulturbrauerei/ Prenzlauer Berg is also just 15min away. Shopping facilities are reached in less than 5min.
The lake (Weissensee) is at 5min distance and a ideal place for relaxation, running or swimming in summer.
Das Bad wird mit 2 weiteren Mitbewohnern geteilt. Wir sind alle berufstätig und suchen jemanden 25+ der einer geregelten Beschäftigung (sorry liebe Lebenskünstler und Vollzeit-Studenten!) nachgeht und ein angenehmes und respektvolles Miteinander ohne Zwang schätzt.
Wochenendpendler willkommen. Keine Party WG!!
The bathroom is shared with 2 more persons. We are working and are looking for somebody 25+ in full time employment (sorry, no Erasmus, full time students etc.). Languages spoken are German, English and Spanish
