Da ich zum 1.4.25 aus der Wohnung ausziehe, suche ich einen Zwischenmieter vom 1.4 - 1.5.25.

Das Zimmer wird teilmöbiliert vermietet. Falls du aber eigene Möbel hast, kann es gerne auch unmöbiliert vermietet werden.
Welche Möbel du benötigst können wir gerne nochmal bequatschen :-)

As I am moving out of the apartment on 1.4.25, I am looking for an short-term tenant from 1.4 - 1.5.25.

The room will be rented partly furnished. However, if you have your own furniture, it can also be rented unfurnished.
We can discuss which furniture you need :-)

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen. Sie befindet sich mitten im Herzen des Schillerkiez und bietet viele schöne Cafes, gemütliche Bars (z.B. ein paar Häuser weiter die von uns geliebte Savo Bar), Freibad, Galerien, Restaurants, Food-Spots generell und Second Hand Kleider- und Bücherläden.
Quasi direkt vor der Tür liegt das Tempelhofer Feld, was besonders im Sommer ein absolutes Berlin Highlight ist. Auch die Anbindung könnte besser nicht sein.
In 2 Minuten Gehweg findet sich die U-Banhaltestelle U8 mit welcher man nur 15min zum Alexanderplatz braucht. In 10 Minuten ist man schon fußläufig an der Ringbahnhaltestelle Hermannstraße. Supermärkte sind auch ringsum vorhanden. Es gibt unteranderem Edeka, Rossmann, Lidl, Aldi, Bio Company, Bolu und kleinere Shops direkt um die Ecke. Die Gorilla Bäckerei (unser favorite) liegt ebenso nur 5 Minuten entfernt.

The apartment is in a great location. It is right in the heart of Schillerkiez and offers many nice cafes, cozy bars (e.g. our beloved Savo Bar just a few blocks away), an outdoor pool, galleries, restaurants, food spots in general and second-hand clothes and book stores.
Tempelhofer Feld is practically on the doorstep, which is an absolute Berlin highlight, especially in summer. The connections couldn't be better either.
The U8 underground station is just a 2-minute walk away and takes just 15 minutes to Alexanderplatz. In 10 minutes you can walk to the Ringbahn station Hermannstraße. Supermarkets are also available all around. There are Edeka, Rossmann, Lidl, Aldi, Bio Company, Bolu and smaller stores just around the corner. The Gorilla Bakery (our favorite) is also only 5 minutes away.

Deine Mitbewohner:innen heißen Jan (26) und Alicia (27).
Beide studieren im Master und arbeiten nebenbei. In ihrer Freizeit sind sie gerne unterwegs. Gerade das schöne Wetter wird auf dem nahe gelegenen Tempelhofer Feld genossen.

Your flatmates are Jan (26) and Alicia (27).
They are both studying for a Master's degree and work part-time. They enjoy being out and about in their free time. They especially enjoy the nice weather on the nearby Tempelhofer Feld.
