The room is a typical Altbau, old building, wooden floors, stucco and a beautiful old oven. It’s fully furnished with a bed, night stand, writing desk and a massive closet.
The location is honestly the best, close to the canal (Maybachufer), to lots of lovely bars, cafes, restaurants…and all important Supermarkets right around the corner. There is lots of parks close by as well. Next bus stop just down the street and for the u-Bahn Hermannplatz and Schönleinstr are roughly a 8,9 min walk away.
You‘d be living with me (Laura, an art mediator and gallery liaison) and my little dog Yoshi.
I am working from home most of the days and out and about a lot, Meeting friends, doing yoga, walking my dog…
If it’s a fit I’d be up for going for a drink or having dinner together. I love cooking (veggie)!

The apartment is in a typical Berlin Altbau with wooden floors, stucco and high ceilings.
The kitchen is well equipped, dish washer, gas stove, blender, juicer, espresso machine…all you could wish for. There is a washing machine as well.
Modern bathroom with bath tub and heated towel rack.
It’s nice and quiet as the street is a dead end.
You‘d have to get along with doggies and ideally be non-smoking.
I am looking for someone who values their home as a sanctuary. No parties!
