Hey there,
my room becomes available starting with the new year. Unfortunately, I'm leaving Berlin & this WG after almost 3 years together. The apartment is right inbetween Rathaus Neukölln & the Landwehrkanal. It's an Altbau & you have the best restaurants & bars in Neukölln & Reuterkiez right around you.
The room is well-lit, looking inside the patio (so no street noise) & in the morning you have the sun shining bright into the room. The room comes furnished. I paid about 2000€ back then to furnish it, now I'm selling it for 750€ to the next lucky tenant. If you really don't want singular pieces, because you want to keep yours, then let me know & we can talk about it!
Either way, the apartment is super well-located, unfortunately, though without any real common spaces. Meaning no living room. You have the kitchen which is well-suited for a nice quick lunch, but if you really want to host a dinner, then this needs to be in your room. There is plenty of room though, with a bit of creativity I have already hosted more than 12 people for dinner here.
The life in the WG is pretty chill, but clean. You will live with Marta & Chris, both working. Everybody kind of follows their own lives, but here and there we maybe have a dinner together or go to Sisyphos. Most important is keeping up with the cleaning. Every week, we clean the kitchen, the bathroom & the corridor. Kepping things clean is of utmost priority!
