Hi, ich bin Sam :) Ich bin für fast einen Monat out of town und suche für mein Zimmer in einer 2er WG eine Zwischenmieter*in.
Die Wohnung ist im 2. OG, Vorderhaus Altbau. Das Zimmer hat große Fenster und hat direkten Zugang zum Balkon, beides geht zur Straße raus mit Sonne von Mittags bis Abends. Auf dem Balkon kann man auch rauchen. Das Zimmer ist Möbliert (z.b. Schreibtisch, Bett, Regal, Couch, Sessel, Stühle). Es wird dann etwas umgestellt sein, als im Bild, da ich gerade umbaue :) Die Wohnung hat WLAN, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, einen Gasherd uvm.. Die Lage ist super, alles was man brauch ist in maximal 5-minuten Laufreichweite. (Supermärkte, Shops, Restaurants, Post, U-Bahn (U7, U8), Bus u.v.m.) und man ist zu Fuß schnell am Kotti, Hermannplatz, Maibachufer oder Hasenheide/Tempelhoferfeld.
Ich bin Musikproduzent, Komponist und Tontechniker und freu mich über offene und nette Menschen :) Mein Mitbewohner ist visueller Künstler und auch selbstständig. Er ist sehr nett und easy-going :)

Hi, I'm Sam :) I'm leaving town for almost a month and looking for temporary subletter for that time.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor, front building altbau. The room has large windows and direct access to the balcony, both facing the street with sun from noon till eve. You can also smoke on the balcony. The room is furnished (e.g. desk, bed, shelf, couch, armchair, chairs). It will be a bit rearanged from the pictures, because I am rebuilding atm :) The apartment has WLAN, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffeemachine, a gas stove and much more. The location is great, everything you need is within 5 minutes walking distance. (Supermarkets, stores, restaurants, post office, subway (U7, U8), bus and much more) and you can quickly walk to Kotti, Hermannplatz, Maibachufer or Hasenheide/Tempelhoferfeld.
I am a music producer, composer and sound engineer and am looking forward to having open and nice people :) My Flatmate, who will be living here in that time is also self-employed as a visual Artist. He's very nice and easy going! :)
