We are located at the back of the street on the quiet side of Hermannstraße.
The balcony overlooks the Emmauskirchhof and there is a large park behind the house. There is a shared living room and kitchen, as well as the balcony facing south-west.

Since one of the three of us is now moving out we (Maxim, Denise) are looking for a new 3rd roommate. We both work full-time and keep ourselves busy with sports and friends in our free time. Therefore, we are looking for a calm housemate.
