Ich vermiete für 6 Monate ein Zimmer in meiner Zweizimmerwohnung in Neukölln unter. Das Zimmer ist in einer schönen Altbauwohnung mit Dielenboden und voll möbliert.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 qm groß, sehr hell und hat einen angrenzenden Balkon, auf dem man schon ab März gut sitzen kann. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Bett, höhenverstellbarem Schreibtisch, Regalen, Schrank und Pflanzen.
Die Wohnung liegt Mitten in Neukölln direkt an der Ringbahn. Du findest hier eigentlich alles fußläufig: verschiedene Supermärkte, alle möglichen Restaurants, Bars, Parks und auch das Temepelhofer Feld ist nicht weit.
Ich wohne nur noch zum Teil in Berlin. Deswegen hast du die Wohnung die meiste Zeit für dich. Ich komme regelmäßig für ein paar Tage vorbei und freue mich dann auch darüber, mal gemeinsam zu kochen oder einen Kaffee zu trinken.
Die Hausgemeinschaft ist sehr nett und unterstützend.
Es wäre wichtig, dass du eine Haftpflichtversicherung hast. Und ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn du Lust hast, dich ein wenig um die Pflanzen zu kümmern.
