Du bist überwiegend alleine in der Wohnung, weil ich projektbasiert für einige Zeit in den Amsterdam und Kopenhagen sein werde. Die Wohnung steht dir quasi alleine zur Verfügung.
Im Innenhof kannst du dein Fahrrad abstellen und gute Parkmöglichkeiten sind auch vorhanden.

Location: 5 min. walking distance to U8 Hermannstrasse & U7 Neukölln & S Bahn - 10 min to Tempelhofer Feld. I am working project based in different cities during this time so I will be mostly away. Therefore I am looking for a tidy, responsible and mindful person. The neighbours are nice and respectful. You should be considerate and respectful as well. The flat is well equipped: Vaccum cleaner, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine etc. The bathroom is new including a big shower and window. Parking is perfect you always find a spot. Internet is available T-Moblile 5G, walking distance to Denn's Bio Supermarket, great bars, restaurants and beautiful Körnerpark. Everything from fresh towels to toiletries is available.
No smoking, no pets and one person only.
Please tell me briefly about your purpose in Berlin when applying. Just to get an idea about who you are.
