The apartment (about 90 SQM - front building, second floor) consists of 2 bedroom (mine and the rentable guest room), living room, a hallway, bathroom with bathtub and a kitchen + hallway.
Closest train station is Rathaus Neukölln (4 Min walk)
The fully furnished guest room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe. The chair in the picture can be moved outside if wanted. The room has a separate door to the living room and to the hallway.
I can provide a duvet, pillow, bed sheets, bed linen and towels.
The kitchen has stove/ oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine & tumble dryer.
My bedroom connects to the living room and hallway.

I have a small old sleepy dog. The dog sleeps in the living room. You won’t have any responsibilities for the dog, but you should be (very) dog friendly.
