mein möbliertes großes WG Zimmer in einer tollen Altbauwohnung im schönen Körnerkiez ist an den Daten oben frei. Eventuell auch eine Woche vorher schon (falls ja, dann Kosten anteilig). my furnished large room in a great old apartment in the beautiful Körnerkiez is available on the dates above. Possibly also a week before (extra cost proportional to the month's rent). Important: This is only an interim rent. (Please write "summer24" somewhere in your message when you read this).
Since I'm leaving my things inside for the time being, I'm looking for someone particularly trustworthy :)

Der Körnerkiez liegt in Neukölln. Die Wohnung befindet sich auf einer ruhigen Nebenstraße, 1. OG. Man ist in 2min direkt auf der Lessing- oder Thomashöhe. Der Körnberpark ist um die Ecke. In der Umgebung sind wunderbare Cafés, Restaurants und Bars. In 5min mit dem Rad liegen der Tempelhofer Feld und Hasenheide. In etwa 10min Rad ist man am Maybachufer.
Die Ubahn 7 Karl Marx Str. ist zu Fuß um die Ecke. S-Bahn Neukölln dementsprechend auch sehr nah.

The Körnerkiez is in Neukölln. The apartment is located on a quiet side street, 1st floor. You are in 2min directly on the Lessing- or Thomashöhe. Körnberpark is around the corner. There are wonderful cafés, restaurants and bars in the area. Tempelhofer Feld and Hasenheide are 5 minutes away by bike. In about 10 minutes by bike you are at Maybachufer.
The subway 7 Karl Marx Str. is around the corner on foot. S-Bahn Neukölln is therefore also very close.
Wir sind eine familiäre Lebensgemeinschaft von Menschen mit vielfältigen Interessen und Lebenswegen. Die meisten von uns leben vegetarisch oder vegan. Wir genießen unsere gemeinsame Zeit und respektieren gleichzeitig Rückzugsraum. Es gibt eine Plenums-Struktur und einmal im Monat auch WG-Abende, wo wir was schönes gemeinsam unternehmen. Grundnahrungsmittel teilen wir alle und rechnen sie gemeinsam ab.
Wir dulden keinen Sexismus, Rassismus und andere -ismen.
