Ich bin zwischen dem 11.3 und 30.5 bei Familie im Ausland und möchte mein wunderschönes Zimmer mit Top Lage an eine ordentliche Person vermieten. Zeiten könnten auch flexibel sein.
Das Zimmer ist dementsprechend mit schreibtisch, Staumöglichkeit, Fernseher und Bett, voll möbiliert. Du wirst jedoch auch mit meinen Sachen im Zimmer leben, aber ich räume dir auch gern ein paar staumöglichkeiten aus.
Durch die hochen Altbaudecken und die Ausrichtung des Zimmers, ist es tagsüber immer hell im Zimmer!
Einen überdachten Balkon gibt es auch, daher ist rauchen auf dem Balkon kein problem;)

I will be with family abroad between March 11th and enf of may (flexibel) and would like to rent out my beautiful room to a responsible person.
The room is fully furnished with a desk, storage space, TV, and bed. However, you will also have to live with my belongings in the room.
Due to the high ceilings of the old building and the orientation of the room, it is always bright in the room during the day!
There is also a covered balcony, so smoking on the balcony is not a problem ;)
Die wohnung ist zentral gelegen, mitten in Neukoelln in einer parallel straße zur sonnenallee. Das Kiez ist sehr ruhig, bietet aber auch viele Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Zum maybachufer sind es ca 15 min fußweg, wo zwei mal in der Woche ein Markt stattfindet.
Mehrere Busse fahren 3 min von der Wohnung entfernt und die U8/ U7 ist ca 10 min Flussläufig erreichbar!
Du wirst mit einem ruhigen Gamer (grieche) und einem kleinen Maltipoo Hund in der wohnung wohnen. Sie haben ihren eigenen Bereich, lediglich die voll ausgestattete Küche und das Bad werden geteilt.
Es ist SEHR wichtig, dass du keinen Lärm verursachst, keinen Besuch mitbringst, keine Party veranstaltest sauber und respektvoll im Umgang bist!
You will be living in the apartment with a quiet gamer (Greek) and a small Maltipoo dog. They have their own area; only the fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom are shared.
It is VERY important that you do not make any noise, do not bring visitors, do not throw parties, and are clean and respectful in your interactions!
