Wir suchen zwei nette neue Menschen für unsere WG in Neukölln! We are looking for two nice people for our flat in Neukölln!
Die Wohnung ist ca. 98 m2 groß, hell, ruhig, gemütlich, in einem ausgebauten Dachgeschoß mit schönem Balkon und wunderbarem Ausblick über Neukölln. Zur Verfügung stehen ein Zimmer (ca. 25 m2) mit eigenem Bad. Außerdem gibt es eine gemeinsam genutzte Küche mit Wohn- und Essbereich, ein zweites Bad, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer und einen Balkon. Am Wochenende werdet ihr die ganze Wohnung meist für euch haben.
Die gemeinsam genutzten Bereiche sind ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht - Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind auch vorhanden - und teilweise möbliert. Wenn ihr eigene Sachen mitbringen wollt, können wir darüber gerne sprechen. Euer Zimmer ist nicht möbliert, nach Absprache können aber Möbel zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder gibt es im Hof.
The whole apartment is about 98 m2, bright, quiet, cozy, in a converted attic with a beautiful balcony and a wonderful view over Neukölln. We are subletting one large room (approx. 25 m2) with its own bathroom. There is also a shared kitchen with living and dining area, a second bathroom, another bedroom and a balcony. At the weekend, you will usually have the whole apartment to yourselves.
The shared areas are equipped with everything you need - washing machine and dishwasher are also available - and partly furnished. If you want to bring your own things, we can talk about it. Your room is not furnished, but if you need we can provide some furniture.
There are facilities for parking bikes in the backyard.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße in Neukölln, mit super Verkehrsanbindung, 3 Minuten von der S-Bahn Sonnenallee und ca. 15 min von der U-Bahn Karl-Marx-Straße.
Der gemütliche Böhmische Platz und Richardkiez sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich alle fußläufig, und die quirlige und diverse Karl Marx Straße ist in ca. 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Straße selbst und unmittelbare Umgebung ist ruhig, fußläufig findet ihr aber tolle Möglichkeiten zum essen und ausgehen.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell im Treptower Park, an der Spree oder auf dem Tempelhofer Feld. Für Menschen, die gerne klettern ist der Bouldergarten ganz nahe.
The apartment is located in a quiet street in Neukölln, with great transport connections (3 minutes from the S-Bahn Sonnenallee and about 15 minutes from the subway Karl-Marx-Straße).
The cozy Böhmische Platz and Richardkiez are in the immediate vicinity. Shopping facilities are all within walking distance, and the lively and diverse Karl Marx Straße can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The street itself and the immediate surroundings are quiet, but you will find great places to eat and go out within walking distance.
You can quickly get to Treptower Park, the Spree or Tempelhofer Feld by bike. For people who like climbing, the Bouldergarten is very close by.

T., V. und X. ziehen im August für mindestens ein Jahr ins Ausland, daher wird ein großes Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad frei.
Ich (Christine) wäre eure Mitbewohnerin, und da ich auch in Hamburg lebe werdet ihr die Wohnung am Wochenende meist für euch haben. Trotzdem möchte ich keine Zweck-WG: Ich wünsche mir ein herzliches und offenes Miteinander, gerne mit gemeinsamem Zusammensitzen oder Kochen, aber auch Raum für Rückzug. Vertrauensvolle Kommunikation, Toleranz, und Entspanntheit ist mir wichtig. Ich mag es gerne sauber, bin aber nicht pingelig - ich halte gerne Putzvereinbarungen ein, und freue mich, wenn andere das auch machen :).
The appartment is currently home to Christine (37), T., V. (>35) and X. (<5).
T., V. and X. are moving abroad in August for at least a year, so a large bedroom with its own bathroom is becoming available.
I (Christine) would be your flatmate, and as I also live in Hamburg you will have the apartment mostly to yourselves at weekends. Nevertheless, I would like to have a warm and open atmosphere, with possibilities of sitting down for a chat or cooking together, but also space to retreat. What's most important for me is trusting communication, tolerance and a relaxed atmosphere. I like it clean, but I'm not fussy - I like to keep to cleaning agreements and am happy when others do the same :).
Wir suchen idealerweise zwei Personen, die sich als Paar definieren und Lust haben, ein Schlafzimmer zu teilen. Der angegebene Preis gilt pro Person. Eine Person oder eine Person mit Kind ist auch möglich, dann erhöht sich entsprechend die Miete.

Ideally, we are looking for two people who define themselves as a couple and would like to share a bedroom. The price is per person. One person or one person with a child is also possible, in which case the rent increases accordingly.
