Ich ziehe demnächst aus der WG aus und suche daher einen nachmieter, deutsch sowie english sprachlich könnende sind herlzlich willkommen, in der WG legen wir wert auch vielfältigkeit und offenheit daher ist uns jeder recht der kommunikativ und rücksichtsvoll ist
Zum zimmer es ist c.a 10m2 groß
Mit dabei ist ein balkon von wo du aus dem 4stock
Eine süsse aussicht auf die sonnenallee, da das zimmer auch zum süden gerichtet ist, ist der raum gut licht geflutet vor allem zu den morgen stunden!
Von hier aus braucht man nur knapp 5min zu fuss zur s-sonnenallee wo auch direkt die ringbahn verkehrt, oder 10min zur karl-marxstr. Von wo man die u7 gut nutzen kann, auch gibt es hier noch gleich vor der den M41 der einen innerhalb von 30min zum hauptbahnhof bringt, für die wege die man so im alltag stämmen muss.
Zu den beiden mitbewohnern,
Gibt es einmal den olli 24jahre er ist finne und studiert derzeitig deutsch.
Der andere namens jay ist 38 kommt ursprünglich aus den vereinigten staaten, und hat ein master abschluss in film und theaterwissenschaften
Zu den einkaufsmöglichkeiten, gleich 5min von der wohnung enternt gibt es einen lidl, netto und ein rewe.
Gerne schreiben ich versuch so zeitnah wie möglich zu antworten gerne auch einfach deine nummer hinterlassen, online besichtigungen sind auch möglich

I'm moving out of the shared flat soon and am looking for a new tenant, German and English speakers are very welcome, in the shared flat we also value diversity and openness, so we're happy with anyone who is communicative and considerate
About the room: it's about 10m2
It has a balcony from where you can see from the 4th floor
A lovely view of Sonnenallee, as the room is also facing south, the room is flooded with light, especially in the morning hours!
From here it only takes about 5 minutes on foot to the S-Sonnenallee, where the ring line runs directly, or 10 minutes to Karl-Marxstr. From where you can easily use the U7, there is also the M41 right in front of it, which takes you to the main station in 30 minutes, for the routes that you have to deal with in everyday life.
As for the two roommates,
There is Olli, 24 years old, he is Finnish and is currently studying German.
The other, called Jay, is 38, originally from the United States, and has a master's degree in film and theater studies.
As for shopping, just 5 minutes from the apartment there is a Lidl, Netto and a Rewe.
