Hello dear people,
since I will be traveling for a month , I am looking for a sublet for my beloved home. the dates are also a bit flexible if you need, or if you only want to stay a part of the time.
You will live in a cozy room with a big, comfy bed, a small table for work/etc. a big closet for your clothes and some additional space for your belongings. not to forget my lovely plants.
The whole apartment is located in a side street and rather calm. Since the bedroom faces the backyard, you will have minimum noise (for a city) to sleep tight.
Furthermore you can use my working space which is in the living room, which provides:
- office chair
- second screen
- two big tables
- piano controller, machine controller
- 2x dynaudio professional monitor speakers
- sound interface
- printer
Since I work as musician/artist, this workspace is especially interesting, if you work with sound. Also, if you want to use more than listed here, we can Def talk about it. (microphones, amp, soldering station, all kinds of tools etc.)
The apartment is located 7 mins from Hermannstraße (U8/S42/S41/etc.) and 10 mins to Grenzallee (U7).
Also it's directly connected to Autobahn. You can basically reach anything without problems but also escape the city noise within a few bike minutes (Tempelhofer Feld/ Britz).
If you are new to Berlin I am also happy to recommend you my fav places.
You will live prospectively with my dear roomie and friend Mine. She is an extraordinarily lovely person. We live quite family-ish here and share a lot of things. However, if you feel like you need your own space, you can obviously just take it.
We are a clean and tidy household and follow a weekly cleaning plan, but we have understanding if sometimes life can be busy.
The kitchen is open and connects to the living room. We have everything here for cooking and baking. Also, there is a garage for bikes, where you can secure your bike safely.
