Es handelt sich um eine WG-Neugründung. Aktuell läuft noch die Bürokratie des Wohnungskaufs, deswegen ist im Moment noch keine Besichtigung möglich. Die erste Mieterin ist eine kreative 34-Jährige, die zusammen mit ihrer Katze einziehen wird. Der angegebene männliche Mitbewohner ist der 33-jährige Eigentümer der Wohnung, der jedoch nicht fest dort wohnt sondern das kleinste Zimmer nur für seine Besuche in Berlin nutzen möchte.
Es wird auf ein rücksichtsvolles Miteinander und Sauberkeit Wert gelegt. Außerdem soll der Kontakt untereinander gut und idealerweise freundschaftlich sein. Alles andere legen wir gemeinsam fest :)

The flat-share will be newly established. Currently the bureaucracy of purchase of the apartment isn't finished yet, so at the moment a viewing is not yet possible. The first flatmate is a creative 34 years old female, who'll move in together with her cat. The specified male flatmate is the 33 years old male owner of the flat. He won't be actually living in the apartment, just wants to use the smallest room whenever he'll be visiting Berlin.
Considerate coexistence and cleanliness is expected. In addition, the contact with each other should be good and ideally friendly. Everything else we'll agree on together :)
