Enough space for a little dance or yoga.
It will be fully equipped with a bed, desk, shelves.
If ok, you garden the 4 plants of the room :)

To not oversell, I give you the honest goods and bads.

It‘s beautiful calm in the living room and kitchen with the terrace and is anyway the best place to spend the day and have a reading.

The rooms are all very bright with big window and calm thanks to great insulation.

The region is close to the tempelhofer feld and körnerpark. Both are favorite place to spend time.
Esp. in the side streets of Schillerkiez and Körnerkiez it is calm and some nice shops to discover.

Everthing in Berlin is so easy to reach thanks to U8 and Ring! Good biking routes too.

Bad: the hermannstrassse in Neukölln is just an ugly place that feels not nice. You enter the house via this street - so sidestreets, nice renovated apartment but we need to enter it through hermannstr :)

I love cooking together or for a group, spend a lot of time with friends and work during the week a classical 9 to 5 joblife - currently partly remote but mostly in office.

Happy to do some sports together, like yoga, bouldering, dancing or simply workouts.
Or go for theatre and exhibitions.
Or doing projects together.
Or nothing and having calmness.
Or what ever we discover as suitable in the mood..
