Ich bin bald auf Reisen und vermiete für die Zeit mein schönes, helles und super großes WG-Zimmer in Neukölln. Die Lage ist top. In 5min bist du auf dem Feld bzw. an der Hermannstraße.
Unsere WG ist familiär, wobei es bei uns im Oktober sehr ruhiger wird, weil viele von uns unterwegs sind. Wir legen viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme, da alle hier berufstätig sind und die Herbstgemütlichkeit einsetzt – daher Absage an Partys Modus, dafür ist Kochen und gemeinsam Essen umso beliebter.
Wenn du eine temporäre Bleibe suchst, meld dich gern bei uns! Achtung Mietzeitraum befristet, ca. 05.10.-05.11.2024 - um einige Tage flexibel, kürzerer Zeitraum auch ok. Der Preis liegt bei 450 €, alles inklusive.

I’ll be traveling soon and am subletting my beautiful, bright and super spacious room in our flatshare in Neukölln. Location is just great. We live in a family-like atmosphere, but it’s going to be a bit quieter in autumn as some of us will be away. We value cleanliness and being considerate, as everyone here is working – so no parties, but we enjoy cozy evenings together when it fits.
If you’re looking for a temporary place, please text us. Duration: 05.10.-05.11.2024, some flexibility here, shorter time possible. The monthly rent is 450 €, all inclusive.
