Ich vermiete mein gemütliches Zimmer am Hermannplatz für vier Monate (flexibel) Es ist ca. 22qm groß und hat eine Couch, ein Bett, einen großen Spiegel, einen Kleiderschrank und alles was man braucht!
In der Küche hat man den ganzen Vormittag und am späten Nachmittag im Zimmer Sonnenlicht.
Falls du ein WG Zimmer/1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Wien hast, können wir gerne schauen ob ein Tausch möglich ist.

You get sunlight in the kitchen all morning and late in the afternoon in your room.

Du wirst nie näher an den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln wohnen - die U7 und die U8 sind in weniger als 1 Minute zu erreichen, was eine große Erleichterung ist, glaub mir. Es fahren auch mehrere Busse. Die Verbindung ist wirklich die beste und man kommt perfekt und schnell in Berlin herum.
Du wohnst in einem der beliebtesten Bezirke Berlins - direkt an der Grenze zwischen Kreuzberg und Neukölln. die besten Bars und Restaurants sind in Laufnähe und du bist mitten im lebendigen Berlin. Auch der riesige Park Hasenheide sowie das Tempelhofer Feld sind ganz in der Nähe.
Supermärkte (Aldi, Edeka, Rewe, türkische Geschäfte) sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Da das Zimmer auf den Hermannplatz hinausgeht, sollte man nicht allzu lärmempfindlich sein.
You will never live closer to public transport - the U7 and the U8 are reachable in under 1 min which is such a gamechange, believe me. There are also several busses going. The connection really is the best and you get around Berlin perfectly and quick.
You will be staying in one of the most popular districts in berlin - right on the border between Kreuzberg and Neukölln. You have the best bars and restaurants in walking distance and are right in the middle of lively Berlin. Also, the huge park Hasenheide as well as the Tempelhofer Feld are close by.
Supermarkets (Aldi, Edeka, Rewe, turkish shops) are right there also.
Since the room goes out to hermannplatz you shouldnt be too sensitive to noise.
Du wirst die Wohnung mit zwei ganz lieben Menschen teilen: Liam (27) und Tyler (28). Liam treibt viel Sport und kann dir immer etwas Nützliches über Ernährung erzählen und ist immer für ein Bier und Smalltalk zu haben. Taylor kommt aus Irland und arbeitet oft von zu Hause aus. Sie ist sehr lustig und du wirst ihre Kochkünste einfach lieben!
Da wir kein Wohnzimmer haben, ist die Küche unser gemeinsamer Raum. Das Beste ist ehrlich gesagt der Garten, der so eine kleine Oase der Ruhe ist.
You will share the flat with two lovely people: Liam (27) and Tyler (28). Liam is doing lita of sports and can always tell you something useful about nutrition and is always down for beer and shit talking. Taylor is from ireland and is working from home often. She is great fun and you will just loooove her cooking!
Since we dont have a living room, the kitchen is our shared space. The best part is honestly the garden which is such a quite little oasis.
Wir suchen eine unkomplizierte Person, die Spaß hat, aber auch nicht nur nach Berlin kommt, nur um Party zu machen. Wir putzen die Gemeinschaftsräume (Flur, Bad, Küche) einmal in der Woche und wechseln uns ab. Du solltest aber einen Sinn für Sauberkeit im Allgemeinen haben.
Du kannst erwarten, dass du mit offenen Armen empfangen wirst :-)

We are looking for an easy going person who is fun but also isnt coming to berlin just to party. We clean the shared spaces (hallway, bathroom, kitchen) once a week and swap so you should have a sense of cleanliness in general.
