I'm leaving Berlin and looking for someone to take over my room 🌻
The room is on the ground floor of a cozy residential building and has a large window and private entrance from the street. There's two curtains and shutters for privacy. The kitchen has a door that leads to a small patio.
S+U Hermannstraße, U Leinestraße and Tempelhofer Feld are all a 5-10 minute walk away.
You will be living with Simon, who is a model maker, Ammar, a sound engineer, and his girlfriend Ayten who is an artist.
They are all kind and respectful people, and the atmosphere at home is chill and undemanding.
The other flatmates are currently planning on moving out by the end of December, and the Hauptmieter (main tenant) will likely terminate the contract. This means it's possible that the sublet could be extended past the dates stated in the ad. In any case the other flatmates will keep you updated on the future of the apartment.
Anmeldung is unfortunately not possible.
I'd like to leave all of my furniture in the room (incl. bed, armchairs, lamp, glass shelves, clothes rack) for a fee of 50€. If you only want some of the furniture or none of it we can discuss this when you visit, and it won't be a factor in our decision.
