I am renting room in a fully furnished 3 room apartment (80m²) in Neukölln starting from April 1st. The time frame is negotiable. Your part of the rent is 513€ which includes all costs such as heat, etc. there is a caution of ca. 855€ with Anmeldung if needed.

There is a big living and dining room with a large couch that can easily be turned into a bed for extra sleeping arrangements as well as some home gym equipment. The apartment also features a bathroom with a bathtub for cozy winter evenings as well as a balcony overlooking the green garden, a fully stocked kitchen.
Your room will be the previous office space which is currently furnished with a closet and a desk. I am arranging for a loft bed to be installed as well so you will have more room for yourself.

The apartment is well connected by public transport, there are always Carsharing options (Miles, Sixt) right outside, and you can rent bikes through Jelbi so getting around the city is a breeze.

I am a quiet, mindful person who enjoys cozy evenings in with Netflix and tea, or wine, dancing the night away in a club and making art. I am looking to find someone who is respectful of my space and treats the apartment well. Bonus points if you like house music.

I work from home most days and therefore am looking for someone who will understand that my home is my sanctuary.

Please note that I have a cat that is very curious but also very shy so I am ideally looking for someone who has experience living with cats.
