Hi everyone!
We are Angelina (26, F) and Makar (26, M) from Russia, moving to this perfect apartment in Reuterkiez and looking for a flatmate starting from 15.11. We can consider any rent duration, preferrably long-term up to 1 year with the possibility of extension. The monthly rent is 800 euro (all costs included except for Rundfunkbeitrag), there is also a 1000 euro deposit. Oh, and yes, Anmeldung is possible!
The room is 10m2, furnished (big wardrobe, table, fold-out sofa, some additional furniture pieces also available), the window overlooks the backyard. The living area is very spacious, it has many windows, a balcony overlooking the street, a nice sofa, TV set, a big table, there is a nice a kitchen with all possible appliances, a dishwasher, an island, etc. There is also a bathroom with a large shower cabin. We also like the flooring in the apartment a lot, as well as a lot of brick elements and overall ambiance. The apartment is 97 m2 total in the 2nd floor of the building in Reuterstraße, 7 minutes from U Hermannplatz, a 5-minute walk to a few supermarkets (Penny, Netto). Weserstraße is around the corner with all its bars. There are also many nice restaurants and coffee places around, Maybachufer (the canal) is nearby. In a nutshell, it is an amazing location and a wonderful kiez.
A few words about us. We are both very open-minded and quite easy-going. We work quite a lot and often from home. Angelina used to be a full-time creative working on advertising campaigns for global brands as an art director. Then she switched to developing a marketing agency that works specifically in sustainability and helps companies in green tech to be more visible to the world. She is also in process of getting her stem masters degree. She is a great fan of cinema, arts and music, reads & writes a lot as a hobby and trains for a marathon she will run one day. Makar dreams of starting or joining a band and performing at some nice local venues. In the meantime, he is working as a data analyst in a small research company, looking for a job as a Data Scientist in Belin, mastering his German, and wishing he went out more. He likes lots of different things, among them music, cinema theaters, math, singing, almond, the XXth century architecture, winter, Negroni, talking about films and watching history videos.
We are looking for a neat and responsible working person who would possibly match our vibe and enjoy occasionally hanging out together. Guests are always welcome as long as everyone is conscious and careful of their surroundings - it is essential, we are planning on taking a very good care of this apartment. There is going to be a cleaning schedule that must be respected. Also, we are thinking of getting a cat so please note in case you have an allergy.
