I am renting out my bright and cozy room in a charming old building in the heart of Neukölln for a little over two months. The room is about 14 m² in size and is located on the third floor. Thanks to its orientation, you get plenty of sunlight from midday until the evening.
A highlight of the room is the direct access to the balcony, which remains a pleasant fresh-air retreat even in winter. While the plants outside tend to hibernate during the colder months, inside the room, a large Monstera among other plants creates a green, almost jungle-like atmosphere.
The room is fully equipped: a desk with a 27-inch monitor for home office or creative work, a sofa bed that easily converts into a comfortable double bed, and a Bluetooth music system, perfect for relaxed music evenings. There’s also ample storage space with a wardrobe and two sideboards.
The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and everything you need for everyday life, as well as a bathroom with a shower.

Ich vermiete mein helles und gemütliches Zimmer in einer charmanten Altbauwohnung mitten in Neukölln für gute zwei Monate. Das Zimmer ist etwa 14 m² groß und liegt im dritten Stock. Dank der Ausrichtung gibt es von Mittag an bis zum Abend reichlich Sonne.
Ein Highlight des Zimmers ist der direkte Zugang zum Balkon, der auch im Winter eine angenehme Frischluft-Oase bietet. Die Pflanzen dort ziehen sich in der kalten Jahreszeit ein wenig zurück, aber im Zimmer selbst verbreitet unter anderem eine große Monstera-Pflanze eine grüne, fast dschungelartige Atmosphäre.
Das Zimmer ist komplett ausgestattet: ein Schreibtisch mit 27-Zoll-Monitor für Homeoffice oder kreatives Arbeiten, eine Klappcouch, die sich in ein bequemes Doppelbett verwandeln lässt, und ein Musiksystem mit Bluetooth, ideal für entspannte Musikabende. Stauraum bieten ein Kleiderschrank und zwei Sideboards.
Die Wohnung bietet außerdem eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine und alles, was man für den Alltag braucht, sowie ein Bad mit Dusche.
The apartment is located in a vibrant part of Neukölln, right on Reutersstraße at Flughafenstraße. The area is home to a variety of cafés as well as some interesting thrift stores. The public transport connections are excellent: both the U8 and U7 stations are less than five minutes away on foot.
The Neukölln Arcaden shopping center is also within walking distance, offering supermarkets and all other essentials for daily needs. The popular Weserstraße, known for its bars and pubs, is about a 15-minute walk away. In addition, both Hasenheide Park and Tempelhofer Feld can be reached within 15 minutes on foot, offering great places to relax. Hasenheide has plenty of sports facilities, while Tempelhofer Feld is perfect for jogging or leisurely walks.
The lively Schillerkiez, with its bars and restaurants, is just a 10-minute walk away. Overall, the apartment is centrally located, making it easy to access many of Neukölln’s top spots.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im belebten Teil von Neukölln, direkt auf der Reutersstraße an der Flughafenstraße. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Cafés sowie interessante Trödelläden. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist optimal: Sowohl die U8 als auch die U7 sind in weniger als fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Auch die Neukölln Arcaden sind fußläufig erreichbar – ein Einkaufszentrum, das neben Supermärkten alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs bietet. Die Weserstraße mit ihren bekannten Bars und Kneipen ist etwa 15 Gehminuten entfernt. Zudem sind die Hasenheide und das Tempelhofer Feld ebenfalls in 15 Minuten erreichbar, beide ideale Orte, um zu entspannen. In der Hasenheide gibt es zahlreiche Sportmöglichkeiten, während das Tempelhofer Feld perfekt zum Joggen oder Spazierengehen ist.
Der Schillerkiez, ein weiterer belebter Ort mit vielen Bars und Restaurants, ist in nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt liegt die Wohnung sehr zentral und bietet eine ideale Ausgangslage, um die vielen Hotspots in Neukölln bequem zu erreichen.

A good friend of mine also lives in the apartment. He works from home and is therefore often around. He’s very quiet and appreciates having a relaxed roommate. The flatshare offers a pleasant and laid-back atmosphere, perfect for someone looking for a break in a calm and friendly environment.

Er ist sehr ruhig und freut sich über eine entspannte Mitbewohnerin oder einen Mitbewohner. Die WG bietet eine angenehme und entspannte Atmosphäre, perfekt für jemanden, der eine Auszeit in einer ruhigen und freundlichen Umgebung sucht.
